Description: A plugin built to replace the warranty process for all Ebike/parts sold via Greyville. Originally this was all done manually and very confusing for the customer.
What the plugin would do is, attach a form to the ‘Warranty’ product, which the customer would then order (free) and fill in along with any specific required details and images. This would then be sent to the order department as well as the warranty department, ready for print in the office to be processed. This streamlined process made it much less confusing for the customer and reduced the steps to only a couple steps. It also meant there wasn’t a person required anymore for data entry work with each warranty claim, as it was now all automated.
